Shipping and Returns

Thanks for shopping with Cypress Saddlery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase*, we are here to help.  Read on below to find out about your options.


You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your merchandise to return the item(s).  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must

  • Be unused, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Be in the original packaging (where applies)
  • Have any and all tags still attached**

*Items purchased from Consignment are not eligible for return

**Manufacturer defects will be handled on an individual basis



Once an item is returned, provided it meets the requirements outlined above, we will process a refund in the form of the original method of payment used for the original order.  Refunds will be issued for returned items only.  Costs of initial shipping will be deducted from the amount of the return.

Credits may take several days to post to a customers account, once a refund has been initiated.  Please follow up with your card provider if necessary.



The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred for the return of an item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and non reimbursable.  Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
